Ali Tocker

Ali Tocker, Director of Tocker Associates Ltd, has worked as a change manager and consultant for 15 years.

Ali's areas of expertise include strategic change, team conflict resolution, business planning, team development, communication skills and individual coaching, along with involvement in design, development and rollout of leadership and development programmes for large organisations. Ali holds a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Education. Ali is also an accredited Team Management Systems and Thomas International Systems Consultant, and a contractor to a number of training and development organisations both in New Zealand and overseas. She has worked with a variety of public sector, local government and private sector clients in all aspects of organisational development. Ali is an Affiliate to Lominger Ltd Inc.
