Dallis Parker (Associate)

Dallis is an experienced facilitator and instructor, having worked at Outward Bound on various professional development courses and general entry courses over the past 10 years. Dalllis’ areas of expertise are behavioral change, leadership development and team management and leadership.

Dallis has also run her own business and has a background in systems analysis training, developing training materials for national use. Dallis has worked as a facilitator in New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong, where she was contracted to design and deliver a staff safety training system.

• BA and Teaching Degree, Otago University
• Spherion – Business Systems
• Accredited in Team Management Systems suite of tools, including the TMI and 360s
