Tocker Associates Office Manager Louise is responsible for the quality and presentation of all communications, correspondence and materials.

Louise is skilled in desktop publishing, presentation of course material and office administration. She manages the logistics, print work and design content of our training programmes and is responsible for office administration, client relationships and relationship management; managing profiles, business communication and coordinating all aspects of the successful running of workshops and management development programmes.

Louise is also a Team Management Services accredited consultant.
