Over ten years’ experience with CEO’s, Boards and executive teams
Lorraine is a registered psychologist and chartered organisational psychologist. She is accredited and experienced in a wide range of psychometric assessments and 360 tools as well as research-based coaching and counselling methodologies. With this background Lorraine brings a holistic person-centred approach to her work, both to assist organisations in transition and to help individuals grow and flourish whatever their challenges or developmental goals.
Lorraine has over ten years’ experience with CEO’s, Boards and executive teams – externally as coach/facilitator, internally in GM roles. She currently holds a senior role at the Skills Organisation, works as a coach, facilitator and coaching mentor.
Lorraine receives regular supervision and is a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society.
