Sarah Tocker

A coach and facilitator for over a decade.

Sarah has been working as a coach and facilitator for over a decade. She has a background in leadership development, systems leadership, culture and change, and is interested in helping organisations thrive in times of change and adaptation.

Sarah works with people wanting to influence or lead well in complex or challenging situations, as well as those focused on making the good exceptional.

Sarah has worked across corporate, not for profit and Government organisations across New Zealand in leadership development in the following areas:

  • Dealing with conflict
  • Feedback and courageous conversations

Sarah has provided coaching and leadership support to a wide variety of people on executive, transitional and career development directives. She is accredited as a team coach through the IECL and is trained in use of the Leadership Circle, Immunity to Change process, TMI and Lominger diagnostics and works with businesses and individuals to ensure theory becomes direct and useful action.

She has completed postgraduate study in education and leadership and thinks about the application of this in the real world.

Known as a straight talker with an ability to see the core issues and enable groups and individuals to work on these in a safe and meaningful way.
